Dear Kyle,
Thank you for restoring my faith that customer service still exists in America.
There is an old saying that you get what you pay for. For most American business this adage holds true. Dogbark web hosting breaks the paradigm. At Dogbark you do not get what you pay for, you get a whole lot more.
My name is Seth Resnick and I am known through the photo community as an excellent business person and tough negotiator. In fact, I am the President of Editorial Photographers (EP), an organization of over 3000 photographers seeking to improve working conditions for Editorial Photographers. EP is dedicated to the business of editorial photography.
I was a pioneer on the web and had one of the very first photographic sites leading to my own domain name in 1995. For years I had my site hosted by one of the largest providers, assuming another old adage that bigger is better. What I found with the big providers was a lack of customer service, poor technical support and the harsh reality that my website was down for extended periods of time because of network problems.
I found Dogbark and gave them a try with one of my many Domain names. I was skeptical because the price was inexpensive. What I found was incredible service, almost no down time, a great price and most important people that care. Dogbark is a community. You are not just another IP address. You are an important customer and Kyle Drier and his staff go beyond all reasonable means to accommodate and satisfy.
At Dogbark you won't hear, "your call is important to us", holding for 30 minutes or more like the big providers. You won't find technical people that know less than you and you won't find inconsiderate nameless people.
There is no holding pattern when you call Dogbark. Instead you will find Melissa. Kyle, Harry or Steve providing exceptional service and great value. I have moved my main site, sethresnick.com., editorialphoto.com and several other domains to Dogbark and I have nothing but accolades for the service.
Sincerely,
Seth Resnick
