Entourage is a Microsoft Office Email program. This how to will walk you through the basic set-up so you can send and receive email.

  1. First, open your Entourage program. Click on Entourage in the upper left hand corner, then click on "Account Settings."

  2. Next click on the "New" button.

  3. Next select "POP" from the list provided, and hit "OK"

  4. Then it will bring you to the configuration screen, enter the following information...
    • Account Name- we usually use our email address here, this is only seen by you in Entourage
    • Name- Your first and last name.
    • Email Address- the email address that you have set up with dogbark.
    • Account ID- this is the POP account ID generated by the server. It is going to look like a few letters with three numbers after it. Ex: (me131).
    • POP server- This is going to be mail.your_domain_name_here.com
    • Password- the password you created for that email account. Again this information can be found in the account manager.
      If you can't remember what your ID or your password are you can log into the dogbark account manager where you can manage your email information. You'll find what you need in there.
    • SMTP Server- smtp01.dogbark.com >> This usues POP before send email authentication so you will not need to set up anything extra in your mail program. As long as you have checked your Dogbark POP account within 10 minutes you'll be able to send using this server. Just enter this information in and you'll be sending away.

  5. On the main screen, press "OK" again and you're almost done.
  6. The last thing you have to do is press the "Send and Receive" button on the main tool bar of your program.
