Email is pretty much the life blood of your work day. Make sure you use it to its fullest. Here is some help to do so.
• Configuring POP Email Clients
When you signed up for a hosting account with Dogbark you should have received an email with your POP account settings.
Email Address: joe@mrcreativeguy.comUser Name (POP user ID): joebm

• Step By Step Instructions
Here are instructions on setting up your preferred email program. If you want our opinion, we prefer the power and flexibility of either Eudora or Outlook Express. But, that's just our opinion.
Apple Mail: Leopard/10.5.1, Tiger/10.4.6iPhone: iPhone 3G
Eudora: version 6.2, Eudora 7.0 (for PC)
Entourage: Version 11.2 (Mac users)
Outlook Express: PC version 6.0
Outlook: Outlook 2003 (PC Only)
• New Vacation Auto-Responder
Well folks, you asked for it, and you got it. This new Vacation Auto-Responder
will allow you to set up individual vacation messages for each POP account
that you have set up through dogbark. Just don't forget to turn them off
when you are done or people will think you are always on vacation.

• Email forwarding suggestion
If you are having all your domain email forwarded to your existing email account with another provider (eg. joecreativephoto@earthlink.net) then you may want to make the "reply to" address in your email program you@yourdomain.com. That way your email is branded with your domain name.
• Web based email. Woo-Hoo!

• New SMTP Server
We have added a new Dogbark SMTP server for your convenience.
- SMTP Server: smtp01.dogbark.com
- Sending Limitations: Recipient Lists must be below 100 and attachments must be below 10MB.
- Authentication: You will not need to use Authentication to use this mail server, however you'll want to make
sure your email program is checking messages at least once every 10 minutes to avoid a "relay denied" error message from us.
