In this how to I will walk through how to set up your email account in Outlook

  1. Go ahead and open your Outlook program.
  2. Cick on "Tools" in the top toolbar, then click on "E-mail Accounts."

  3. Select "Add a new e-mail account" and press "Next."

  4. Select "POP3" from the next screen then press "Next."

  5. This will take you to the Main Account Window, enter the following:
    • Your Name- Your First and Last Name go here.
    • E-mail Address- you@your_domain.com
    • User Name- this is the POP account ID generated by the server. It is going to look like a few letters with three numbers after it (me131).
    • Password- This is the password the corresponds to your POP account username.
      If you can't remember what your ID or your password are you can log into the dogbark account manager where you can manage your email information. You'll find what you need in there.
    • Incoming Mail Server- This will be mail.your_domain.com
    • Outgoing Mail Server- smtp01.dogbark.com
  6. Press the "Next" button and then the "Okay" button and you're email account is set up.

  7. Finally Click the "Send and Recieve" button on the main toolbar, and you should be receiving your emails.
