AOL IM
In case you missed our last post card mailing, we highlighted the various ways that you can get in touch with us should you need some help. We've added AOL IM to our repertoire of email and phone support. You can shoot us an IM to dogbarksupport and if we're online we'll help you out. Of course you can always get help by calling or emailing us. We're here to help.

Domain Registration Reminder
We will probably keep reminding you again, and again, to check the renewal of your domain name with your registrar. We get a lot of customers calling us with their site down because their domain name has expired. You can check to see when your domain will expire at FYI NIC.

Version Tracker
Have you ever found yourself wishing for a program to do "xyz" for you? Just 5 minutes ago I wanted to figure out how to convert some data to place on my website. Thankfully I had Harry to remind me that there is a wonderful place on the web called Version Tracker. You can find virtually ANY program that you can dream of, and generally can get said program for free (freeware/shareware). Check it out.
