Referral Program
We're working on getting our referral program to be of more benefit to you, our customers. What this means is that it will be of more value to you than our current $35 one-time credit to your account. Look for these changes to be made in the coming months. But don't let this stop you from telling your friends about how cool we are.

Dogbark.com Site Additions
A couple of new items we've added for your help is our Blog and our Forum. While both are currently still in the puppy stage, we think they'll be a great help and benefit to you as you navigate the waters of web hosting. Stop by and say hello. Who knows....you might find some hidden dogbark discounts somewhere in our blog or forum.

Customer Spotlight Addition
In each of our future monthly e-newsletters, we'll be spotlighting a customer's website. Want your site listed here in the future? Send a submission to: spotlight@dogbark.com.

Tip of the Month
In the past few months, we've had quite a few questions asked about sending large files to clients via FTP. If you want to send a large file (by large, we mean a file over 2MB that otherwise is not suitable to be sent via email) to your client. Here's how:

  1. Open your FTP program (Such as "Fetch" or "Transmit". Don't have an FTP program, go here)
  2. Connect to your FTP site (address: ftp.yourdomain.com) (usname and passwords available via your account manager)
  3. Open the "htdocs" folder on your site
  4. Create a folder/directory via your ftp program on your site named "client"
  5. Drag and drop your file into "client" (or whatever name you want to call it).
  6. Tell your customer to download/view the file by visiting your website: http://www.yourdomain.com/foldername/filename.jpg
