• Customer Service and Support.
We offer as much or as little support as you may desire. While we don't have expertise in every email, design and FTP program we can walk you through some of the basic configurations allowing you to set up your accounts.
We use Macs on a daily basis so if your questions are Mac related we can probably help. If you're using a PC then we'll do what we can to help. We might not be able to tell you what drive to mount the boot for commanding the left click but we can certainly help you configure your email or FTP program.
• Our Servers.
All our web servers are running at a fraction of capacity. Unlike other hosts that will pack as many sites as they can on one server, we make sure there is plenty of head room and that our servers are not overworked, making for faster page loads. And the faster, the better, in our opinion.
