FTP is how you will upload your files to our server for your web site. If you have done this before then you understand that this isn't a difficult task. If you have yet to FTP files you may be a little intimidated, but rest assured, you will be an expert in no time.

FTPing is uploading or downloading files to and from the web server. After you have designed your site and wish for the entire world to see what you did you simply FTP your files to the server. Many design programs have built-in FTP. You can use the built-in FTP or use a stand alone FTP program, though we have to say that it's usually easier to use a stand alone program when you are starting out so you can really see what you are doing.
The information you put in your FTP program for your domain with us will look something like this:
HOST / SERVER: ftp.yourdomainname.com
USER NAME / ID: yourdomain
PASSWORD: ydn123
DIRECTORY: htdocs
